FAQ

1.     How to buy items

We make it simple for you to buy from interskystore.com! Here are the steps: 

    1. Add the items you want to your Shopping Cart. 
    3. Confirm your order.
    2. Proceed to Checkout.

Adding an item to your Shopping Cart
When you find the item you want, simply click on the Add to Cart button. This will add the item to your Shopping Cart. Your cart will show you the cost of the item selected and the applicable shipping cost. In your Shopping Cart you can change the quantity of items you have ordered, select your location (sales tax applies to orders made in Illinois), empty your cart, select payment type, enter a separate shipping address, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout.

Confirming your order
After you have added items to your Shopping Cart, check your order for accuracy. When you are satisfied that the information is correct, proceed to Checkout by clicking the Checkout button.

Checkout
At Checkout, enter your billing address and payment information. When you are ready to submit your order, click on Complete order. Your information will be sent to us through our SECURE server and shipped promptly.

2.     How much is the shipping charge?

Shipping charges will be displayed in your shopping cart while checking out. To check shipping charges, add the item(s) you want to your cart and Proceed to Checkout. In Step 3: Shipping Method, you will be able to see the various shipping method options and the associated rates. Please note that it will be based on the Shipping Address (Postal ZIP Code) you enter in Step 1: Customer Information.

3.     When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 to 4 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.

4.     When will my order arrive?

It will usually take 7-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

5.     How do I get the tracking number and check the status of my order?

We will send all order status updates and tracking numbers via email to the email address provided to us by you at the time of purchase. If by any chance, you do not receive the shipping email, it may have been blocked by a spam blocking service or it may be in the junk email or spam folder of your email Inbox. If you have a spam blocker installed please make sure to allow emails from orders@interskystore.com.

You can also check the status of your Orders online on the site by logging into your account and checking the Order History Section.

6.     Are all products in stock?

Yes, all products on the website are in stock and ready to ship from the warehouses of our Distributors. Sold out items are marked as such and cannot be ordered. 

NOTE: If an item happens to be shown as In Stock while ordering and turns out to be out of stock due to manual errors, we will promptly refund your order amount.

7.     What is your return or exchange policy?

Please refer to the Shipping and Returns page for our return/exchange policy.

8.     Do you accept checks or money orders?

We do not accept checks or money orders. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

9.     Do you ship internationally?

Yes.
