Returns and Refunds

Our Job is to provide value to You - our Customer and we do everything in our power to deliver the promised value to you with quality products and world class Customer Service. 

Still, due to unavoidable circumstances, if you're not satisfied with your order, let us know what we can do to make it right. For that, please refer to our Return, Refund & Exchange policy below. 

interskystore.com will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from our website within 30 days of receiving the items for the following reasons:

  • Received wrong item.
  • There was a problem with the item (Item was defective).
  • Item lost in transit.

You have the following options in these cases:

  • Get the item Replaced free of cost.
  • Return the item and get a Refund.

Do your due diligence

  • Please inspect the product upon receiving the shipment. Identify any issues and report it to us BEFORE you try to use the product. Also, check over the product and make sure they are in proper condition before use. 
  • Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a Refund or Replacement.

Replacement

  • Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receiving the item. Just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic or video of the issue.
  • We will ship out the replacement item for free to You and will not charge any additional shipping and handling fees.

Return & Refund

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • First, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping merchandise back to us - this is your original Order Number for the item. If you are not sure what the RMA number is, please contact us and we will be glad to help you.
  • Contact us with the RMA number and we will let you know the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return. Once this is done, please ship the item back to us in its original Packaging with all the items intact. Also include the RMA number (a printout of your order confirmation email works too). We recommend using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (keep the tracking number and send it to us as well) so we can be sure of the status of your package. DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.

  • Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we will refund the full amount for the Order minus the Shipping and handling charges.

Very Important, Please Read

  • Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not allowed if the item has been used. interskystore.com will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages including bodily injuries and property damages arising from the use of any product(s) sold. Please read the users manual before use. We have no control over the correct use, installation, application, or maintenance of the products, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damages, losses or costs resulting from the use of the products. Any claims arising from the operation, failure, or malfunctioning of the products will be denied.
  • We are subject to only one return per item. We reserve the rights to entertain requests received thereafter.
  • Merchandise returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in the original packaging. We will not accept items that have been glued, adjusted, or tampered with from its original form upon arrival.

These Terms apply to all sales made from our website through emails, phone calls, and faxes. Please make the order only if you agree to these Terms.
