interskystore.com will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from our website within 7 days of receiving the items for the following reasons:
- Received wrong Product
- There was a problem with the Product (Defective)
You will have the following options in these cases:
- Get item Replaced
- Get a Refund
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping merchandise back to us - this is your original Order Number for the item. You can contact us to obtain it as well using any of the methods to contact us.
We want to make this as simple and easy as possible for you. Send an email to us at email@example.com with the details and we will do it for you.
Upon approval you will receive the RMA number and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
Once this is done, please ship the item back to us in its original Packaging with all the items intact. Also include the RMA number (a printout of your order confirmation email works too). We recommend using Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (keep the tracking number and send it to us as well) so we can be sure of the status of your package. DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.

- Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you obtain a Tracking number for the return and send it to us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Shipping and handling charges for all orders are non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost to send a product back to us. For returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we will ship out replacement for free (we pay for the replacement shipping cost) and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees.
Merchandise returned must be in as-new conditions with the packing slips, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in the original packaging. We will not accept items that have been glued, adjusted, or tampered with from its original form upon arrival. We reserve the right to return the defective item back to the customer at customer's shipping expense if it is determined that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused or modified in any form. There is no return once the merchandise box has been tampered or thrown away. Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receiving the item.
- We reserve the right to exchange, replace, or refund merchandise to its customer and not refund money if we deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.
- Please inspect the product upon receiving the shipment. Identify any issues and report it to us BEFORE you try to use the product. Please also check over the product and make sure they are in proper condition before use.
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not allowed if the item has been used. interskystore.com will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages including bodily injuries and property damages arising from the use of any product(s) sold. interskystore.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Please read the users manual before use. We have no control over the correct use, installation, application, or maintenance of the products, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any damages, losses or costs resulting from the use of the products. Any claims arising from the operation, failure, or malfunctioning of the products will be denied.
- We are subject to only one return per item. We reserve the rights to entertain requests received thereafter.
- Shipments that are returned back to us without an RMA number will be refused.
- We do not accept responsibility for lost packages. In the event that your order is damaged or lost during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company and file a damage claim.
- We do not reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
- These Terms apply to all sales made from our website through emails, phone calls, and faxes. Please make the order only if you agree to these Terms.
