All interskystore.com products are sold under the following disclaimer

interskystore.com WILL NOT be responsible for improper installation or use of our products. The user should determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection to all items sold by interskystore.com. The User is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. interskystore.com WILL NOT accept any responsibility for injury, crashes, damages, loss of accessories etc., that occurs during the use of any of the items purchased from our store.

Price & Terms

All prices are in USD. Product details like Price, Specifications, and Terms are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typography or photography errors. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone if deemed so.

Processing Time

Most of the times, your order would be processed within two to four business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no issues with the payment verification. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

Shipping

Our shipping methods are DHL and ePacket. Expected delivery time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks once order is processed, unless otherwise noted.

Cancel Order (within an hour of ordering)

You may cancel your order only if it has not been processed for packaging and shipment. To cancel your order, simply send an email to cancel-order@interskystore.com within one hour of checkout. We will refund the purchase amount back to you. Please note that once the item has left the warehouse, we won't be able to refund the shipping cost.

Tracking Number

As soon as your package is shipped, we will send an e-mail (provided the e-mail address provided with the order is correct) with the Tracking Number to you.

Returns, Exchange, Defective Item, Wrong Item

interskystore.com will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from our website within 7 days of receiving the items for the following reasons:

  • Received wrong Product
  • There was a problem with the Product (Defective)

You will have the following options in these cases:

  • Get item Replaced
  • Get a Refund

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping merchandise back to us - this is your original Order Number for the item. 

We want to make this as simple and easy as possible for you. So, you have the following options to do this:

  1. Send an email to us at contact@interskystore.com with the details and we will do it for you.
  2. Or Contact us (during business hours) using any of the methods to contact us.

Once this is done, please ship the item back to us in its original Packaging with all the items intact. Also include the RMA number (a printout of your order confirmation email works too). We suggest to get a tracking number for the shipment and sent it to us via email.

Please Note: Shipments that are returned back to us without an RMA number will be refused. We reserve the right to return the defective item back to the customer at customer's shipping expense if it is determined that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused or modified in any form.

Backorders/Preorders 

At the time of purchase, if an item is out of stock, we will not charge the customer. Your credit card will be charged only when your order is processed. Orders containing combinations of pre-order items and in stock items will be broken into separate shipments, but are under the same order and transaction. Each of the separate orders will ship as soon as the item becomes available. Shipping charges will apply to each of the orders independently.

Shipping Damage

In the event that your order is damaged or lost during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company and file a damage claim. 

We reserve the right to amend this policy without notification at any time.
